Présentation

The roller grizzly can be used for argillaceous or plugging materials. It is set up between an apron feeder and a crusher. This device is perfectly adapted to be mounted with Py primary crushers and it significantly improves pre-screening.

Description

This device consists of 10 to 18 line shaftings (transverse and parallel shafts) equipped with large ovoid steel discs (space between discs can be changed) and smaller discs.
The grizzly can be driven by a set of pinions and chains or just by a single chain.
A gear-motor and a speed variator operate the device.


Caractéristiques

- Width: 1,000 to 1,600 mm; 10 line shaftings. End product: 0/50 to 0/200. For a feeding of 350 to 400 tons per hour, 20 to 40 % of material passing.

- Width: 1,200 to 2,000 mm; 18 line shaftings on two decks. End product: 0/50 to 0/250. For a feeding of 400 to 700 tons per hour, 20 to 40 % of material passing.
